SERVICE SATURDAYS

SERVICE SATURDAYS

High school girls come together on a monthly basis to give of themselves to those in need. This is done in a variety of places including nursing homes, food pantries, and more. The combination of service work and fun allows for the development of deep friendships and personal growth. ​​

We will start with meditation at Sheridan at 2:30pm followed by Benediction. We will leave Sheridan afterwards to bring some joy to the elderly and homebound in the area. We will return to Sheridan at 5pm. 

If you would like to contribute to bringing flowers/chocolates for those we will be visiting feel free to bring cash or VENMO @Elizabeth-Dixon-125.

Please reserve your spot by using the RSVP LINK by Saturday October23rd at midnight. This greatly facilitates us being able to have enough drivers and people to visit. If you do not rsvp by midnight, you will not be able to attend. Thank you for your understanding.

Please fill out the Sheridan Hold Harmless form and either bring with you on Saturday or email back to this email address.

Class 1: Intentional Family Living
Join Cori Guzman for an inspiring and practical talk for women who want to create deeper connections, live out shared values, and enjoy purposeful daily rhythms with their families. Cori brings her warmth, insight, and real-life experience to help you discover simple ways to align your family life with what matters most. Our intention is for you to leave feeling encouraged, equipped, and ready to build a home life filled with clarity, unity, and intentionality—no matter the season.

Class 2: How to Think Like a Chef
We all want to cook with more confidence, creativity, and less stress, right? Chef Lauren Marchetti shares her passion, creativity, and love for delicious, nourishing food while teaching practical skills you can bring home to your own kitchen. You will learn how chefs think about flavor, ingredients, meal planning, and kitchen organization—so you can make delicious, flexible meals—turning everyday cooking into an opportunity for connection, laughter, and lasting memories in your own home.
