HIGH SCHOOL LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS
Sheridan Center helps high school girls who are seeking to become leaders of character and confidence.
Semester Workshops

In an atmosphere of friendship, these workshops combine hands-on activities, discussion forums, guest speaker presentations, and much more to create a venue for each participant to grow in self-confidence, while accepting the challenge to become an agent of change.
Mentoring
Mentors are available to help each participant apply what she learns during the workshop to her own circumstances, formulate goals, and navigate the challenges she encounters.
DARE TO BE FREE!
Join us for our 2nd
High School Workshop on February 28, 2026
Take part in interactive talks with Dr. Christiansen, connect over lunch with professionals from diverse backgrounds navigating freedom in their workplaces, and dive into breakout sessions featuring real life case studies. Together we will reflect on what living freely looks like in a pressurized world.
Dr. Susana Christiansen holds a PhD in Philosophy with a focus on The Dynamic Unity of Human Action. A native of Venezuela, her work has taken her to Rome, Canada, and the United States, where she engages some of life’s biggest questions: Who am I? What determines my freedom? What does it mean to choose freely? How do my decisions now, shape my future? How do emotions, expectations, and outside pressures influence my choices? With clarity, energy, and passion, Dr. Christiansen challenges young women to think for themselves, make intentional decisions, and dare to be free.
