Avanti is a week-long summer program that offers high school freshmen and sophomore girls (rising 9th and 10th graders) an opportunity to grow in their understanding of leadership as service in the community and at home. In the mornings the girls take part in various service projects around the Schulenberg community. In the afternoons they attend a seminar on a certain leadership topic. The week is also filled with sports, pool, amazing girls, fun night-time activities, as well as daily Mass and time for prayer.

High school is a critical time for young women to develop confidence, integrity and a desire to serve others.
SERVICE
To lead we must learn to serve. A critical component of the Avanti Leadership Program is putting into action the call to be Christ for others by caring for and accompanying those most in need--the sick, the poor, the lonely, etc.
CHARACTER
Every aspect of the Avanti experience helps girls build a life compass, one that orients their minds toward truth (veritas), their hearts toward authentic friendship and noble ambition (caritas), and their hands toward free and responsible action (libertas), empowering them to navigate any challenge or opportunity.
