Students "discover the meaning of life by coming to the aid of those who suffer, understanding their anguish and bringing relief." (Pope Francis, Gaudete et Exsultate, 76).  Some past service opportunities have included visits to nursing homes, cooking meals for a family in need and providing entertainment for patients at the Ronald McDonald House.

Sheridan offers high school students the opportunity to serve their community by volunteering their time to those in need. This usually consists of a 2-3 hour commitment which happens on a monthly basis.

Each year we organize at least one service project in the community that has a longer duration.
