Mentoring

One-an-one discussions, designed to help students develop an eye for the needs of others, to apply the skills they are learning to their own unique circumstances, and to grow their confidence and enthusiasm for living a life of service.

The mentoring program helps the participants apply in practical ways what they have learned from every activity, formulating goals and to navigating the challenges they may encounter along the way.  Mentors are committed to meet with their mentees at least once a semester and during the sessions held at the center.

Most of the programs offered at Sheridan provide participants with one-on-one mentoring.
